Handcrafted Feather Smudging Wand

A one-of-a-kind ritual tool for clearing, intention and sacred space.

Each feather smudging wand is individually handcrafted by me using a natural Silver Sheen Obsidian wand as the handle, paired with a beautiful ostrich feather and layered with complementary feathers, wraps and embellishments.

Every wand is created individually. Colours, feathers and decorative details vary, with some pieces featuring crystal beads, crystals or pendants. No two are alike.

SILVER SHEEN OBSIDIAN

The handle is made from Silver Sheen Obsidian, a natural volcanic glass with a predominantly deep black appearance and subtle areas of silver sheen that may become visible as the stone catches the light. As a natural stone, variations in colour, markings and sheen are expected.

In crystal traditions, Silver Sheen Obsidian is associated with protection, grounding and self-reflection, as well as patience and perseverance. It is also traditionally connected with meditation and the third-eye chakra.

RITUAL USE

Use your feather wand to gently direct the smoke of incense or cleansing herbs around yourself, an object or throughout your sacred space.

The natural stone handle makes each wand beautiful to hold during personal rituals, meditation and intention-setting.
