All Bewitching Eden orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our studio in British Columbia, Canada.
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its journey.

Return & Refund Policy
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the claim.
• Your order number • Clear photographs of the damaged item • Photographs of the interior packaging • Photographs of the exterior shipping box and shipping label
This information helps us determine whether the damage occurred during shipping.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, Bewitching Eden will offer a replacement or refund for the damaged item.
In most cases, damaged items do not need to be returned.
Bewitching Eden reserves the right to decline claims where the damage appears to have occurred after delivery or is inconsistent with shipping damage.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our candles and personal care products are handcrafted and intended for personal use, used or burned items cannot be returned or refunded.
Damage that occurs after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear is not eligible for replacement or refund.
