Shipping & Studio Information

Bewitching Eden offers flat rate shipping via Canada Post to the following regions:

• BC — $20 (3–5 business days)
• Prairies (AB, SK, MB) — $25 (5–8 business days)
• Eastern Canada (ON, QC, NB, NS, PEI, NL) — $35 (7–12 business days)

We currently ship within Canada only. Territories are not serviced at this time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged item, please photograph both the damaged item and the unopened original packaging immediately upon delivery, and contact us within 7 days. Claims must show clear evidence of carrier damage to the outer packaging. Once we have reviewed the photos, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet these requirements.
