Bewitching Eden offers flat rate shipping via Canada Post.

We currently ship within Canada only. Territories are not serviced at this time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged item, please photograph both the damaged item and the unopened original packaging immediately upon delivery, and contact us within 7 days. Claims must show clear evidence of carrier damage to the outer packaging. Once we have reviewed the photos, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet these requirements.
